GTM Medical Consulting, LLC (GTM) was started in 2005 by Gary Meza, MBA/MHA. GTM’s mission is to become the leading business advisor for physicians in the Mid-Atlantic by helping its clients achieve best practices both financially and operationally. GTM works toward its mission every day by offering physicians services that are tailored for their specific needs and situations.
With two decades of experience in medical practice management, Mr. Meza has started 34 new medical practices in a variety of specialties including urgent care, orthopedics, ophthalmology, plastic surgery, dermatology and pediatrics, just to name a few. In addition to starting new medical practices, GTM also assists existing practices with planning, operations and growth. GTM has worked with a wide range of specialties including urgent care, orthopedics, internal medicine, pain management, pediatrics, dermatology, ophthalmology, plastic surgery and sports medicine, ranging in location from Richmond, Virginia to Maryland, Indiana and Texas.
